R&D &
Scale-Up

Our pilot room mirrors our full-size production tanks—same mechanism, just smaller. When a small batch works in pilot, it works in production. That's not true everywhere: a lot of manufacturers run a hodgepodge of tank brands and sizes, so scaling up means re-learning the process from scratch. Every tank at SR Labs runs the same way, every time.

Hot Pour

Deodorants, hair masks, and anything that needs to hold its shape upside down. Our cold room uses a serpentine table that keeps product moving for close to an hour, so everything fills and caps in a single pass. Most manufacturers fill, rack, cool overnight, and cap the next day—a two-stage process. Ours is faster, and it's the best hot pour line in California.

Tube Filling

Aluminum and standard tubes, including oversized formats, with cap labeling and lining built into the line—no separate charge to add a barcode or accordion label.

Piston Fill

Standard-speed lines run around 20,000 units a shift; our high-speed line runs 50,000–60,000, fully automated from capping through pump placement and labeling.
