Certifications & Quality Standards

Compliance at SR Labs is a standing readiness, not a scramble triggered by your request. A certificate only means something if the facility behind it holds the line every day, not just the week an auditor visits.

What These Credentials Actually Cover

These aren't logos we picked for the footer. FDA registration means our facility meets federal requirements for manufacturing over-the-counter drug products—the sunscreens, acne treatments, and other OTC formulas that carry real regulatory weight. ISO 22716 governs the full chain of how a product gets made here: personnel training, facility conditions, raw material handling, production controls, quality testing, storage, and how we'd handle a complaint or recall if one ever came up. Membership in the Society of Cosmetic Chemists keeps our formulation team current with the field's science, not running on what worked a decade ago.

The Principles Behind the Paperwork

A certification only means as much as the culture maintaining it day to day, between audits. Michael has carried the same four operating principles through every team he's built, and they're the reason quality here doesn't stop at a binder on a shelf:

Operate with Integrity

We tell you what's true, not just what's convenient.

Work
Cooperatively

Quality is everyone's job, not one department's checklist

Put the
Customer First

Your product gets the same scrutiny we give our own.

Make This a Great Place to Work

People who feel respected catch what a clock-puncher misses.
